Our fully equipped laboratory has the capacity to conduct tensile, impact, fatigue, thermal, climatic, and environmental testing on our customer’s actual substrate materials. This ensures the adhesive selection is specific to our customers needs.

The technical and engineering staff is readily available to offer advice on adhesive selection, testing recommendations, and answer general technical queries.

Additionally, Plexus has an extensive data base of substrate materials and applications which can quickly assist in recommendations and advice on adhesive selections.

Powered by shop air, Plexus dispensing machines have no electrical motors. Maintenance or repairs can be performed fast and easily by inplant maintenance personel.

HAND-HELD EQUIPMENT

ITW Plexus also supply a range of manual and pneumatic guns both in 1:1 versions and 10:1 versions, specifically for dispensing our cartridge size adhesives. In addition we carry a comprehensive range of static mixers to suit every application.
